Internship Details
- The internship will run for 12 - 16 weeks; up to 40 hours per week.
- Interns will be paid on an hourly basis ($20 - $30 per hour).
- This is a remote internship with optional opportunities to work in the CAQH office in Washington, DC.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program or recent graduate within the past two years.
- Must be working towards or have completed a degree in Human Resources Management, I-O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Assist in documenting and organizing job families, roles, and responsibilities to promote clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Support the development of a simplified job titling structure that aligns with organizational levels and the employment market.
- Help update and maintain materials that increase visibility into career progression opportunities and performance expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable tools and templates that support role design and development planning across departments.
- Coordinate with HR Managers to gather data, support communications, and ensure alignment across departments during implementation.
- Provide general administrative support for HR initiatives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing materials for presentations.
- Assist in tracking and reporting progress on HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Help maintain HR databases and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
