Journeyman Body Technician
$70,000-$200,000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift & Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, Flexible Work Hours
Car Craft will cover 100% of the cost of moving your tools within the Saint Louis Metro area.

Job Duties
- Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition following manufacturer set guidelines and procedures.
- Perform all straightening, door, hood and deck alignments
- Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Weld and solder as needed
- Repair damaged body panels
- Maintain and clean and safe work area
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a body technician in a collision shop
- Proficient using power tools and welding techniques for automotive repair
- I-Car & ASE certifications preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain the proper tools required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
- Must be able to read and understand written estimates and work orders
- Ability to perform the physical requirements such as lifting objects over 50 pounds, kneeling, bending and squatting
