Duties
- Follow up on internet leads, postings cars on Facebook, and any other social media.
- Greet and engage customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate used car inventory, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist customers with test drives and answer any questions regarding vehicle history, pricing and financing options.
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing terms to close sale effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with Finance team to facilitate the purchase price.
- Ensure all the required paperwork and docs are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
- Strong skills in communication and customer service, customer engagement, and knows how to engage customers.
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with internet sales processes and Vehicle knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $68,811.00 - $80,023.00 per year
