Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily online purchasing operations.
- Lead, direct, and manage online buyer(s).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online and digital vendors.
- Identify and develop new online sources for vehicle procurement.
- Purchase vehicles tailored to the needs of specific regions from online sources and auctions.
- Ensure minimum purchase quantities and manage associated costs (repairs and transport) as outlined by supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle purchases, ensuring seamless payment, title exchange, and delivery processes.
- Gather feedback from General Managers regarding vehicle purchases to continually improve quality.
- Adhere to corporate purchasing and repair guidelines and maintain compliance with conflict-of-interest policies.
- Support company mission, vision, values, and ethical standards.
Supervisory Role
- Manage and direct the activities of online buyer(s).
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3–6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
