Job Title: Store Manager

Duties:
- Manage and oversee the store, employees, and parts, including inventory control, stocking, and ordering
- Manage drivers to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions according to company policy
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase parts sales
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Inventory cycle counts
Qualifications:
- Accountability

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the market for automotive or machinery parts
- Administrative skills, including record keeping and report generation
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory without overstocking
