Car Parts Warehouse has over 400 employees and 175 delivery vehicles servicing Northeast Ohio's professional installer automotive parts needs.

CPW is looking for a professional to join our Management team. Our Managers are working managers, you will be responsible for selling products, in a wholesale/retail setting to drive company revenue. We offer a year-end bonus program and many other incentives throughout the year!

Job Title: Auto Parts Store Manager

Duties:
- Manage and oversee the parts store, including inventory control, routing drivers, stocking, ordering, and customer relations
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions according to company policy
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase parts sales

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Make outgoing phone sales calls
• Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Inventory cycle counts
