Car Pros is a family owned and operated company for over 25 years, and is the premier dealer of new Kia, Honda, and Hyundai vehicles in Washington and California. Car Pros employs more than 500 individuals and operates 7 automotive dealerships.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Primary role of the Sales Consultant is to work with customer's who visit the store directly, taking them through the initial buying process to the final sale. The Sales Consultant builds a portfolio of customers utilizing the customer management database to manage their customer's buying experience and for future repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS for Car Pros Sales Associate.
The ideal candidate has prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.

Benefits:
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability and basic life/ AD&D insurance after 60 days of employment. Car Pros sponsors 80% of basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental and vision insurance for employees. Employees pay the additional cost for dependents and any voluntary elections.
Employees can enroll in company’s 401k plan after one year of service. Employees will accrual one-hour personal time off for every 30 hours worked.
Pay: $15.50 Hourly plus commission = $2,250.98- $7,531.57 Average Per Month
Must be available to work weekends.
Salary : $16 - $2,251
