We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, front loaders, and dump trucks to assist in construction projects.
- Perform paving tasks, ensuring proper techniques are applied for quality results.
- Conduct utility locating to identify underground services before excavation.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in grading operations using graders to prepare surfaces for construction.
- Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred, including familiarity with bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and graders.
- Knowledge of utility locating practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- A strong commitment to safety standards and practices on the job site.
