- The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, and the general public.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, adobe acrobat standard).
- Knowledge of standard office procedures.
- The ability to operate various types of equipment (hand tools, mowers, etc.)
- Ability to work safely in and around traffic.
- Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions such as extremely hot or cold conditions, rain, and snow.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
