Carabetta Property Management is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for their Meriden CT office!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $21-23/hour DOE
The Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities include:
- Process invoices for payment using 3-way matching
- Review statements, research and reconcile prior balances and payments
- Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Print paid/payable vendor reports weekly
- Mail out vender payments weekly as they are paid
- Provide other A/P staff with assistance as time permits
The Accounts Payable Clerk qualifications include:
- 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Degree in finance/accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with Yardi Accounts Payable processing a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
