Job Description
JOB SUMMARY ROLE: The purpose of this service is to provide the family with effective strategies and interventions to increase better quality of life. The worker's role is to measure and monitor behavior that could be used as data collection in an effort to create a measurable and achievable treatment plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
No criminal Record
Enjoys working with children, reliable and has adequate transportation
Knowledgeable of ABA treatments and interventions
Understands behavior and ways to decrease and eradicate maladaptive situations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategies to keep the child safe in the home environment
Establish and identify family's needs and create a behavior intervention
Provide the family opportunity to learn and implement evidence based strategies into the home environment
Provide training and effective treatment methodologies
Serve as a liaison and advocate for the family
Assist with behavior management and provide skill development as needed
Provides clinical supervision and observation to DSP providing in home services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
