Caravel Autism Health is a leading provider of ABA treatment services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Program Manager. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supervising and managing center and home-based intervention programs and treatment teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure that clinical staff are providing high-quality treatment services that meet the needs of our clients.
In this role, you will oversee the full range of ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization. You will work closely with parents and other stakeholders to develop and implement treatment plans that deliver optimal results. Additionally, you will provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning, ensuring that all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $63,900 to $78,660, depending on experience and qualifications.
