Key Responsibilities
✅ HRIS Management – Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Benefits Administration – Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, renewals, and addressing inquiries.
✅ Employee Relations – Act as a resource for employees, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding – Support hiring efforts by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting new hire orientations.
✅ Compliance & Policy Management – Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, updating policies as necessary.
✅ Performance Management – Assist managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
✅ Training & Development – Coordinate training programs to support employee growth and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3 years in an HR Generalist role or similar.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycom, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Knowledge: Strong understanding of benefits administration and employment laws/regulations.
✔ Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
