We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage HR operations and provide executive administrative support. This role is ideal for a professional with at least three years of HR experience , strong expertise in payroll, onboarding, high-volume operations, and government compliance , and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws .
Oversee full-cycle recruitment , onboarding, and offboarding, handling high-volume hiring needs efficiently.
Administer payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation, adhering to federal and state regulations.
Manage benefits administration , including enrollments, terminations, and responding to employee inquiries.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect current laws and best practices.
Maintain HR records and employee data , ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
Lead employee training sessions and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Executive Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to leadership , including scheduling, calendar management, and preparing reports.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
Manage special projects and process improvements assigned by leadership.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other executive support tasks .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of HR experience with a strong background in payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations .
Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring and onboarding efficiently.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, government compliance, and industry best practices .
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills .
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills ; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.
Experience providing executive-level administrative support .
