WHAT YOU GET TO DO
As a Procurement Coordinator at Carbliss, you'll be at the heart of our beverage production magic! You'll expertly manage relationships with our fantastic vendors, optimizing costs and lead times while ensuring inventory availability is always on point. Your attention to detail will shine as you ensure accuracy in purchase orders and shipping documents throughout our contract manufacturing network. You'll maintain impeccable inventory records for all raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, preventing overstocking and shortages.
Collaborating with our Co-Manufacturers, you'll reconcile stock levels monthly while scheduling precise shipments via our 3PL partners. With your analytical skills, you'll identify cost optimization opportunities and improve inventory turnover, all while syncing closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure our stock aligns perfectly with demand forecasts.
