The Maintenance Tech-PM requires strong technical expertise in industrial electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and servicing of machinery to identify potential mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
- Perform non-routine repairs, installation, and service on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Learn all aspects of plant operation and fill in wherever needed to optimize plant efficiency.
Requirements
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights & weekends as needed.
- Experience with Preventative and Reliability Maintenance including lubrication and inspection of all industrial components.
- A 2-year degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Industrial electrical and mechanical skills as well as the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics.
