Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to ensure efficient and safe delivery of students
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the department
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student safety and well-being during transportation
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Drivers License with school bus endorsements
- Excellent driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
