Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). As the first point of contact for homeowners interested in solar energy, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our Solar Specialists. This role also involves attending local events, trade shows, and community booths to promote our services and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to potential customers to generate interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Specialists based on homeowner needs.
- Attend local events, trade shows, and community booths to engage with the public, generate leads, and represent the Carbon Recall brand.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy solutions.
- Accurately maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident, approachable, and persuasive.
- A self-motivated, resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections positively.
- Comfortable working in both independent and team environments, especially at events.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage people in person at events and trade shows.
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and CRM systems (training provided).
- No prior sales experience required—we provide comprehensive training!

Schedule
