Job Description

Carbon Ridge Equestrian in New Hope, PA is looking for early afternoon farm help to join our team. We are located in New Hope, Pa. 18938. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

3.5 hour shifts - week day afternoons and every other weekend.
Feeding and filling hay nets
Cleaning and bedding stalls for 6 horses, goats, and other farm animals
Preparing horses for turn-out / in / hot walker
Cleaning and refilling water buckets and troughs
Farm cleaning and tidying. Wiping down stall doors, de-cobwebbing, blowing out and washing the aisle
taking on cleaning projects
General cleaning and organizing

Qualifications

Horse experience Required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

ability to work alone or with a team mate

must be able to work most weekends

Applicant must have an eye for detail, strong work ethic, and be reliable and responsible

4 years of equine experience required

2 references

Must have a personal car

Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
