At CarbonCure Technologies, we are transforming concrete into a climate solution through innovative CO₂ utilization technologies. The Senior Manager – Product & Project Development plays a critical role in advancing our mission, leading the development, execution, and commercialization of new technologies that reduce embodied carbon while delivering measurable business impact.

  • Proven expertise in technology development and commercialization, including pilot deployment, execution planning, and market adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business cases, conduct market research, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Leadership and team-building experience, fostering high-performance collaboration and aligning teams with organizational goals.
  • Cross-functional management skills, ensuring seamless coordination between technical, commercial, and operational teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making, leveraging data-driven insights to navigate challenges and influence leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present project updates, prepare grant proposals, and engage stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CO₂ sourcing, cost recovery strategies, and regulatory standards is an asset.


    What you'll be doing


    Technology & Business Strategy Development

    • Lead pilot projects, from hardware deployment to business case validation, ensuring alignment with CarbonCure’s strategic and financial objectives.
    • Assess and refine project economics, balancing environmental and financial viability to drive scalable, profitable projects.
    • Oversee technology validation, ensuring pilot outcomes support commercialization roadmaps and long-term market adoption.

    Project Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Manage pilot operations, integrating hardware deployment, process optimization, and carbon credit monetization into a cohesive execution plan.
    • Drive collaboration across technical, commercial, and operational teams, ensuring seamless execution and informed decision-making.
    • Translate company goals into structured workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.

    Market & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Identify and secure high-value projects, using a structured evaluation process to assess feasibility, ROI, and market fit.
    • Develop and manage partnerships with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders, ensuring successful pilot execution and scaling potential.
    • Incorporate customer insights to refine deployment strategies and enhance the commercial viability of CarbonCure’s solutions.

    Decision-Making & Strategic Influence

    • Own high-impact initiatives, ensuring technical, financial, and strategic alignment of pilot projects.
    • Proactively identify and resolve challenges, using data-driven insights to influence key business decisions.
    • Prepare investment reports, grant proposals, and strategic updates, ensuring clear communication with leadership and external stakeholders.

    This role is essential in scaling CarbonCure’s market presence, ensuring pilots evolve into profitable, high-impact projects that optimize technology, sustainability, and business success.

     

    • Salary range $92,000 - $110,000.
