Job Summary
The Title Clerk/ Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the sales transaction process by ensuring that all title documents are accurate and compliant with legal standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks related to title processing, customer service, and legal documentation. This position will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of an office, ensuring smooth workflow by managing tasks like scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, greeting visitors, maintaining budgets, payroll, and generally providing administrative support to the team, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with transferring automotive titles required.

Duties

  • Prepare and review title documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Transfer titles in person at the tax office, as well as electronically
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and answer questions regarding title processing.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving any title issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of title processing as it pertains to automotive vehicle transfers
  • Proven customer service abilities to effectively communicate with clients and resolve inquiries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, especially in an office setting.

  • Proficient in using relevant software applications for document preparation and record keeping.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess the necessary skills to support the office operations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.51 - $20.55 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
