Seeking a Construction Project Manager with complete organizational and program management responsibilities to effectively lead design and construction teams and make sure they have all the resources they need to perform their work in a safe, professional, and timely manner; and to assure work is performed per plans and specifications.
The Project Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities
· Organize and lead the program team and ensure they have all the resources they need.
· Manage projects, including design, schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
· Creating cost budgets for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs.
· Collaborate with clients, owners, and other construction management to determine budget and timelines.
· Create schedules for designers and contractors and will assist in the assignment of the work accordingly.
· Maintain Daily Logs for the project
· Interacting with the owner's management team as necessary
· Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet design and construction deadlines
· Implement management techniques that are cost effective and efficient
Seeking a construction team leader who manages project budgets, schedules, coordinate general contractors. The Project Manager will ensure that design and construction progresses according to schedule and budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Must have excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and listening skills
· Good Planning skills, Time Management and Resource Allocation
· Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
· In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
· Great problem solving and decision-making skills
· Effective leadership abilities including motivation, goal setting and conflict management
· Organizational skills including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
