We’re opening a new role for our first Product Marketing Manager.Responsibilities The PositionThe Product Marketing Manager is a new role at Foureyes, and we are looking for someone excited to build this function and prove its value.At a high level, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for : Supporting and articulating the value Foureyes offers and translating them into marketing and sales messagingTracking our competitors and determining how we win against each of themUnderstanding our buyers and users, their day-to-days as well as their dreamsDeveloping strategies to drive adoption outside our applicationYou’ll take the knowledge you gather and turn it into practical assets, stories, and training materials to ultimately help Foureyes improve customer demand, engagement, and retention.Collaboration will be key to your success. You’ll be partnering with product strategy, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive teams, but will sit in an independent department.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding : Regardless of the project intent, you’ll spend a lot of your days building (as in writing, designing, and strategizing things yourself). You’ll make assets from presentation decks to battle cards, product tours to talk tracks, launch plans to customer-facing materialsCompetitive landscape : You’ll understand competitors at a big-picture and feature level, track changes over time, maintain a library of assets, and translate findings into business-winning insightsAudience insights : You’ll empathize and understand our customers deeply.
