Carden Arbor View School is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to oversee financial accounting, human resources, and business operations. In collaboration with the Head of School and outside HR consultants, this role is essential in planning and coordinating HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and aligning with the school’s mission. The Business Office Manager will also work with the Head of School and the Finance Committee to create budgets and maintain the school’s financial health. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in a business office, ideally within a nonprofit or independent school setting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), and student management software (e.g., FACTS).
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
