Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems function smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Duties

  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues related to Windows and Mac OS systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including VPN access and LAN configurations.
  • Assist users with applications, including Meraki and SCCM, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with network administration teams to address more complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of computer networking principles to assist users effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with users to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Experience with VPN configurations and network administration.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including LAN setups.
  • Knowledge of Meraki systems and SCCM is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and helping others resolve their technical challenges.
