Job Description PART TIME to FULL TIME AVAILABLE
Established Multispecialty Practice with flexible hours looking to fill position for PART TIME qualified Nurse Practitioner to manage this dynamic practice. Provider will work in SKILLED NURSING /ASSISTED LIVING facilities with supervising physician. Provider will need be an effective communicator with our close partners and team.
Just like any profession, provider must be interested in being a lifelong learner and taking care of post acute and chronic cardiac, nephro, and pulmonary patients.

- Nurse Practitioner: Experienced provider with internal medicine, family practice, geriatric medicine, or cardiology, nephrology, pulmonary experience, LTAC.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
