Job Description
Established Multispecialty Practice with flexible hours looking to fill position for qualified Nurse Practitioner to manage this dynamic practice. Provider will work in SKILLED NURSING /ASSISTED LIVING facilities with supervising physician. Provider will need be an effective communicator with our close partners and team.
Just like any profession, provider must be interested in being a lifelong learner and taking care of post acute and chronic cardiac, nephro, and pulmonary patients.

- Nurse Practitioner: Experienced provider with internal medicine, family practice, geriatric medicine, or cardiology, nephrology, pulmonary experience, LTAC.
