We are seeking a front and back office chiropractic assistant to join our dynamic team. As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people improver their health and wellbeing.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for answering incoming calls/emails, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in all patients, managing patient payments and paperwork, and most importantly, assisting the chiropractor with patient care. This includes taking patient histories, compiling detailed notes, and providing chiropractic therapy. This is a small office where many patients are like family. We are looking for someone who can add a personable and welcoming element to that dynamic.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all patients within the practice
- Order, receive, and maintain inventory of office items
- Show up to work on-time, or a few minutes early
- Stay organized and efficient while independently multitasking throughout the day
Qualifications and Requirements
- An honest, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Detail oriented
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- Social Media and online literacy
- FAST typing ability, preferably at least 50-60 wpm
- Medical/chiropractic office experience preferred.
