Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in patient customer service and Chiropractic terminology. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Chiropractor in providing high-quality patient care. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for assisting in patient assessments, preparing treatment areas, patient scheduling, follow ups and ensuring a smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
Responsibilities: (We Will Train you on all these below)
- Assist Chiropractor with patient assessments, including vital sign monitoring and medical/Chiropractic history intake paperwork.
- Provide patient with treatment plan options.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including the adjustment table, examination rooms, and equipment.
- Prepare patients for treatments, including positioning and instruction on draping.
- Assist with examinations and scans as needed- will train you on this.
- Develop a rapport with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
- Inhale and provide assistance with other duties as required by the chiropractor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with the Chiropractor and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. (We also provide Massage and Acupuncture)
- Keep up-to-date with changes that can occur in office with a positive attitude
Experience: (Pay based off Experience)
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic setting is highly desirable.
- Experience in patient service and assessment is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is necessary.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, or lifting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective patient interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Required) 8:30-6:00
- Every Other Saturday as needed 8:30-1 or 8:30-5:00
