Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team in Brunswick, GA. The Screen Printer will be responsible for printing high-quality designs on apparel, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the efficiency of the printing process. This role requires an eye for detail, adherence to deadlines, and the ability to maintain printing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic screen printing equipment to print graphics on t-shirts and other apparel.
- Set up and adjust machines based on job specifications and design requirements.
- Ensure quality control throughout the printing process to ensure high standards.
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of screen printing equipment.
- Perform color mixing to match design specifications.
- Keep track of production orders and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to troubleshoot and solve any printing issues.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining printing supplies and inventory.
- Uphold safety and quality control measures in the production process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a screen printer or similar role in the printing industry.
- Knowledge of screen printing techniques, inks, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to lift and move products, equipment, or boxes (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

- Experience working in a fast-past high production facility.
