We are seeking to hire skilled maintenance technicians who will accept the challenge of becoming mulit-crafted and participate in day to day problem solving in a team based environment. The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of our business goals and objectives. Assist Manufacturing staff in monitoring operating equipment on a daily basis, troubleshooting problems and inefficiencies and recommending possible solutions. Candidates must be hands-on individuals with attention to detail, read and follow written procedures, and possess good communication skills.
All of these duties are done in a safe, efficient, clean, and professional manner on a 12 hour rotating shift.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Industrial electrical power distribution and motor control center troubleshooting and repair, welding / fabrication, millwright, or machining (to include lathe and mill experience).
- Able to read blueprints as well as troubleshoot and perform daily preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
- 3 Years experience in manufacturing facility preferred
- Pass a pre-employment physical ability and drug screen
