What Strategic Planning/ Execution contributes to Cardinal Health

Strategic Planning/Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.

Accountabilities in Role

• Establish, build and maintain key relationships, including cross functional teams
• Perform detailed data and business process analysis to identify opportunities, assess readiness, and create proposals with business partners
• Responsible for business case development for all activities within the Transition Management Office (TMO), including partnering with operational owners to understand full transition requirements and execution plans
• Partner with finance organization to ensure accurate oversight of project expenses, investments, and restructuring expense to enable Cardinal Health’s global service delivery model
• Partner with finance organization to ensure alignment on rightshoring business cases with key stakeholders (finance, business, TMO, etc.)
• Drive value realization for in scope functions including rightshoring, automation, and process improvement
• Identifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities for rightshored functions

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Marketing or Business Administration, preferred
• 3-5 years professional experience, preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Analytical & Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications, including excel, preferred

A Covid-19 vaccination is required in order to be employed in this position. This includes either:
