Job DescriptionThe HR Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting the LATAM HR operations to design and deliver significant people and business transformation programs for the region, including the management of the ACC and Labor audit processes to keep the operation running and promote best work environment. The position is focused on cultural, organizational, and operational changes, developing and implementing simple working practices that help create a business based on agile processes and a multicultural framework.Business RelationshipBuilds relationships with senior-level clients at the LATAM region and functional CoEs, position is a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends simple solutions.Serves as an active member of the region leadership team in projects to transform the way the region works; position should influence and challenge others' mindsets with strong data analytics to move forward activities to improve the enterprise performance.Has a solid understanding of current and future business strategies, data and metrics, HR processes, and worldwide policy harmonization.Serves as senior coach providing guidance and consultation to leaders in projects, labor matters, and transformation activities.Core ResponsibilitiesHR Technology and Shared Services evolution is part of the responsibilities for the position, identifying tech solutions to drive self-service according project’s timing, speed of issues resolution, and financial resources, through a deep understanding of the HR Ops function detect expansion of the scope of support provided by the LATAM Shared Services team to handle a greater number of employee inquiries and perform operational HR tasks.Manage different transformation projects providing insights, tracking, and solutions focusing on world-class HR support to employees and HR Managers through LATAM region.Support LATAM HR Transformation in a large, regional project with impacts across all HR functions. Serve as the overall project leader, driving the integration across the different workstreams and their associated leaders in Manufacturing, Human Resources and Commercial.Develop the framework for identifying and evaluating work that can transition to LATAM Shared Services and oversee comprehensive process documentation.Generate a set of analytics and insights about HR functions to link them with the business to add new improvement plans across the GMSC and Commercial business, setting the new business operation picture of success, this includes policy standardization.Execute and follow up the labor conditions audit processes, ensuring that the findings are closing, and collaborating with the different stakeholders to close these gaps.Experience leading HR Transformation and Operational HR processes change management included.Project management capabilities and experience managing large, global transformation projects.Experience working with worldwide CoEs and sharing services areas is a must.Labor Relations, interviews, focus groups, and Mexico labor legal knowledge.HR generalist knowledge. Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Psychology, Organization Development, or similar preferred. Advance degree preferred.8 years’ experience in HR areas, ie, Labor Relations, People Administration, Comp & Ben, and HR transformation management.Advance proficiency in English and Spanish.Demonstrated success creating effective HR transformation tools, resources, activities, and programs within a large / medium enterprise.Full and proven experience in Change Management.Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.Preferred qualification (good to have)Labor Relations in LATAM Countries would be preferable.Prior experience working in a matrixed environment, preferred.International experience working with more than 3 LATAM countries, preferred.Prior experience supporting manufacturing and commercial divisions, preferred.Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
