Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive OPEX strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the medical distribution network.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team Black Belts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Project Management: Oversee the identification, prioritization, and execution of continuous improvement projects across the network.
- Process Improvement: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices to identify and eliminate inefficiencies within distribution, planning, manufacturing teams to identify and reduce friction within our supply chain
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Change Management: Effectively manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by effectively communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of OPEX initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 8 years of experience in continuous improvement role preferred
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Experience within a distribution or logistics environment preferred
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 35%
- Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
- Ensures employees operate within guidelines
- Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers
- Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management
- Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
- Gains consensus from various parties involved

Salary : $103,500 - $155,295
