BirchStone Management5301 Alliance GatewayFort Worth, TX 76177An Equal Opportunity, E-Verify EmployerContact: Jessica Flores - 972-626-5396Pay: $22.00 to $26.00Shift hours available:1st shift - Monday through Friday - 5:00pm to 1:30pm2nd shift - Monday through Friday - 4:30pm to 12:30am  Pallet Shift Lead  General Summary:The Repair Lead is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of repairing CHEP pallets that are in need of repair and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to CHEP's quality criteria. The Lead Pallet Repair person is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all pallets repaired. Perform other duties as assigned.Pallet Repair:Safely and securely repair pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards.Manually lift 70 lb. pallets from a stack to a repair table.Operate a pry bar to detach damaged boards from the pallets.Operate a grinder and a saw to remove existing nails and finally, using a 25 lb. nail gun to nail together the components.Quality:Pallet must meet and pass CHEP's quality control audit.Safety and Security:Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
