Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 Annually
Duties:
- Report writing
- Fill in post in case of an employee call out
- Provide leadership and guidance for Security Officers
- Interacts with clients, employees and management in a professional manner
- Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
- Provide and coordinate on the job training for new hires along with field training for current employees
- Intimate knowledge of all sites to include post orders, proper uniform and employee appearance standards
- Fully understand and have the ability to communicate the Company's standards, goals and overall, Mission Statement
Qualifications:
- Must have a PA Concealed Carry Permit
- Must possess your own firearm
- Must possess a valid PA ACT 235 Certification (PA Lethal Weapons Training Act)
- Be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overnights
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Must have at least 5 years' experience as a supervisor in security or related field
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
- Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, subordinates, and fellow team members
- Must have experience operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Act 168, Child Abuse, PA State Criminal History and PDE FBI Clearances as required by the Child Protective Services Law and PA School Code
- Current clearances as required by the laws of Pennsylvania (24 P.S. § 1-111) weapons use/baton use/restrain procedures
- Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice (preferred)
- Prior experience as a Sworn Municipal, State or Federal Police Officer, Military MP, Military MA, Air Force Security Forces, or Federal, State or Municipal Corrections Officer to be considered for this position (preferred)
