About the Role
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to focus on sales in the western region of the US. This role requires someone with experience and knowledge of the scale and weighing industry.
Responsibilities
- Meet annual sales quota by establishing sales objectives and creating a sales plan that supports company goals
- Meet with distributors and potential end-users to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain customer base by building rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities
- Recommend product lines, new products, packaging, and service changes based on customer needs and trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends through continuous learning and professional development
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred. Five years of industrial sales experience, particularly in the scale and weighing industry, is also required.
