*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at a retirement home. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management within assisted living or long-term care facilities. *Duties* - Manage day-to-day operations of the retirement home - Oversee care services and ensure residents' well-being - Administer medications and ensure proper medication management - Uphold resident rights and maintain a safe and respectful environment - Develop and manage budgets for the facility - Supervise staff members to ensure quality care is provided *Requirements* - Experience in assisted living or long-term care administration - Knowledge of resident rights and regulations in senior living facilities - Strong budgeting skills - Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
