Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site Call Center Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between clients, staff, families, and community members. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all questions related to medical risk plans, behavior support plans, crisis intervention, and staffing and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate will work on-site and be responsible for reviewing and scanning client records to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, staff, families, and community members for all inquiries.
- Partner with staff and clients to implement medical risk and behavior support plans.
- Provide proactive crisis intervention when needed.
- Manage staffing and scheduling changes effectively.
- Review, scan, and maintain client records for accuracy and compliance.
