ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail.
  • Customer service, direct contact with customers, internal and external, providing service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering telephones and handling calls or directing calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Utilizing computers to create, process and maintain documents and reports, compiling and analyzing information from a variety of sources.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scheduling and coordinating arrangements for meetings, travel and company functions.
  • Performing computer data entry.
  • Requisitioning, maintaining and budgeting for office supplies.
  • Performing various errands as needed, to include driving to post office, picking up supplies, etc.
  • Acting as a liaison between management, employees and external customers.
  • Performing related duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility - may be required to work overtime to meet customer deadlines

 

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • At least 1 year of clerical experience, which includes organizational skills, coordinating travel arrangements, and other proficient skills necessary to maintain an efficient operation. 
  • Prior office work experience in a manufacturing environment desired.

 

 

 

Required Education and Qualification

 

  • Solid Work History or High Recommendation from References
  • High School Equivalent, or Related Work Experience
  • Self-Motivated / Career-Minded / Punctual / Dependable
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft products
  • Proficiency in ten-key and math.
  • Able to work cooperatively with other employees
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver license and motor vehicle with insurance
