Account Executive (AE)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

We are seeking our first Account Executive (AE) to join our Cleveland office. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional to establish a closing role in a new market. The AE will lead product demonstrations of our SaaS platform with VPs, CMOs, and other C-level executives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct web-based demonstrations of the SaaS platform to close new business.
  • Deliver effective demos using solution-selling techniques.
  • Develop business cases and lead closing conversations with VP-level executives and above.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and maintain activity-based goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline by qualifying opportunities.
  • Accurately log sales activities in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to define qualification criteria.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
  • Adopt proven sales methodologies to drive success.

What it Takes to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma required.
  • At least two years of closing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in lead generation is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue quotas (MRR experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
