Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in phone systems, and bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. This position will part time as candidate will also do Billing work. Some Billing experience will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- There will be Billing related work.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties including calendar management and office organization.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest concerns and requests promptly.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role as well as Billing is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
