Cardiology Physicians is a practice of eleven cardiologists and a Vascular Surgeon who strive to provide the highest quality of cardiovascular services in the state of Delaware and its surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our busy Cardiology practice. This position will be responsible for marketing our practice's services to primary care and other designated sub-specialty offices in New Castle County, DE as well as other designated locations throughout the state and in designated offices in PA and MD. You will provide materials to support heart, vascular and diagnostic testing referrals to our practice. You’ll meet with referring physicians and office staff to ensure the referral process is prompt and efficient. This may involve setting up luncheons with the offices. This position will also be responsible for the practice's social media platforms (website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.); you will keep these updated and also handle website portal inquiries. You will assist with designing advertisements, brochures and ordering promotional products for the company. This position will also plan events for the company, inclyuding community days, fundraisers, luncheons, meetings and company celebrations. You should be able to work independently, have a team spirit and a positive attitude along with strong communication skills. If this sounds like fun, we’d like to meet you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, experience promoting a medical practice a plus.
- Have managed social media presence for a company.
- Advertisement and brochure design experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Travel will be required for onsite practice visits.
