Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is looking for a full-time Phone Operator in our Davenport Customer Call Center. If you have a positive can-do attitude, desire a stable professional work environment, and are looking for a career in healthcare, we want you!
The Customer Call Center Representative is responsible for the following:
- Process internal and external phone calls to include; scheduling appointments for new and established patients, taking messages or paging when indicated, and answering questions regarding CVMs general procedures.
- Maintain physician and clinic schedules
- Process patient records in practice management system
- Perform follow up of Phone Tree appointment reminder and recall reminder calls
Previous medical office and scheduling experience is preferred.
