About the Position
As a Principal Product Manager, Data, you'll lead the charge of processing the rich dataset of 50% of all credit card transactions in the US. Your primary responsibilities will include building and optimizing data lake tables, maintaining robust data pipelines, and optimizing performance to reduce transaction processing latencies. This role will report to the VP of Product. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with large data sets and a strong ability to derive actionable insights. Responsibilities :
- Drive the development and adoption of our data products, ensuring they are well-documented and accessible to cross-functional teams.
- Manage the core data pipeline that efficiently processes hundreds of millions of transactions and events daily from various financial institutions.
- Create and execute a high-impact, data-driven product roadmap.
- Navigate business goals, focusing on long-term growth, short-term opportunities, platform stability, and the rapid expansion of product capabilities.
- Monitor the day-to-day product development lifecycle, overseeing sprints, evaluating outcomes, and iterating strategies.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure the product vision is scalable.
- Communicate and outline achievable product objectives for Engineering, adjusting scope as necessary to meet key milestones.

At Cardlytics, salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors. The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is :
Range - $190,000-$225,000
