What you'll do
The CMR Nurse (Centralized Medical Records Nurse) acts as a “gate-keeper” of the electronic health record system.
- The CMR Nurse audits and maintains the electronic chart for accuracy and compliance according to state and federal regulations and ensures the results of daily, weekly, and monthly audits are corrected, reviewed, and communicated with the nursing department of each community.
- CMR Nurse provides electronic health record support and guidance to each community assigned.
- The CMR Nurse performs his/her duties in accordance with high ethical standards and in compliance with community philosophy and policies, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

- 1-3 years’ experience working with direct patient care as an LPN in a long-term care facility
- Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions
- Can foster good resident and family relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- A passion for working with elderly residents
