CarDon Associates is now seeking a Social Services / Life Enrichment Traveler for our Skilled Nursing Facilities. Must have a BSW or related degree and 1 year or more experience in a Skilled Nursing setting. We offer daily and weekly pay options and great benefits.
The Social Services / Life Enrichment Traveler provides medically-related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS : Indiana board certification in social work or a bachelor's degree in social work or a degree in a human service field of sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, or gerontology (plus one year experience). Must also have at least (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting working directly with individuals.
