What You'll Do
- Provide medically-related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
We are looking for a Social Services/Life Enrichment Traveler who has the heart to serve with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional outcomes and a high degree of resident satisfaction.
- Indiana board certification in social work or a bachelor’s degree in social work or a degree in a human service field of sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, or gerontology (plus one year experience).
- Must also have at least (1) year of experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
