Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Residential Sales Executive to engage with homeowners and generate sales in the residential market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in residential sales or related fields. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, canvasing our service areas, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify target areas. Use demographic information or existing customer data to identify neighborhoods with potential customers. Work with operations weekly to review routes
- Consult with Clients: Assess the needs of homeowners and provide tailored solutions for their specific needs.
- Close Sales: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales goals, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the residential or real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be comfortable walking long distances, standing for extended periods, and navigating varied terrain as part of daily activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
