Position Overview:
As an HR Administrator at CardsHQ, you will play a key role in supporting our team by managing essential human resources functions. You will be responsible for employee onboarding, scheduling, handling PTO requests, assisting with recruiting efforts, and maintaining HR records. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and help shape a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage as needed.
- Process and track PTO requests while maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
